Registered user view code

Hi,
Can someone please tell me how I can make only registered user to view code?

Like it says on vb.org...

Block Disabled: (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

I want it to say something like...

Block Disabled: (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.
