This is the "Header" to a pop up box.

When you search for new threads and there are none you get:

Sorry, there are no new threads to view.

You may search for threads updated during the previous 24 hours, here.

That box is OK, but right above it in a table row it says "VBulletin Message"

That row I want to change the background color in.

Found the code in the standard_error_lite template but can't seem to change the color.

Any help would be appreciated.

That background style is controlled by the CSS class "tcat". Either change that class or create a new one.
