Please help i want to move my other board to vbulletin

Yes, when you buy your vBulletin, you get a program called ImPex that let's you transfer forum databases.

And don’t worry you wont loose a thing, I too converted my phpbb 2.x forum to vBulletin few months ago and every thing went smoothly. There is even a tool to redirect old phpbb URLs to vBulletin ones.
