Is it possible to have an editable webpage with html that can be edited in like front page or dream weaver and just have your php bulletin board added to the page in the center?
I want all this stuff on my board site but editing one single graphic is a huge pain...let alone adding anything to the sides without being a master of code. No members have liked this post.

What you can do is just add code to the header and footer template to wrap your forums in it.
