Hello all. I've been having quite a tough time with vBulletin. Most of my problems stem from the fact that I'm used to styling with CSS and not tables.

Getting to the point, I'm having trouble making this look like this. As you can see, spacing isn't really working out. Could someone help me out?

Possible solutions:
1. I would really like a vbulletin template that's good for CSS styling.
2. I'll pay you to make the actual forum look EXACTLY like the mockup.
3. If push comes to shove, I'll just take some help.

So, can anyone help me... please?!
