Quick Ban + Quick Edit User from postbit - Instant action on Spammers!

Firstly, many thanks
 to all those who supported my other thread (vB3.6 QuickBan) with feedback: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=133257 and as a result, I've now made adjustments, and have tested it on the latest vBulletin® Version 3.7.0 Release Candidate 4, and it works!  Tested @ http://www.http://www.norfolkmanagem...orum/index.php What does it do? You can now instantly BAN a user from the thread you're viewing, AND, Edit the users Profile, too!
