What does it do?
Button to transliterate latin transliterated messages into normal russian is added to ALL editor windows. Note: this hack is useful for Russians only. Points of interest:

If you put a cookie based checkbox to activate or disable it might be very useful. I know a website of many thousands users 33b.ru where the system is very successfully implemented.

Теперь все работает  но есть одна ошибка !!Если форум находится не по прямому адресу http://localhost а например http://localhost/morums то картинка не отображается тоесть получается адрес картинки такой http://localhost/images/fractalizer/...ranslitbtn.gif

Now is Ok, I just put the button to the end of all default buttons. But I've found another bug, after switches between text and visual editor. After I switches between visual and text editor the button appears twice. One switch + one button and so on...
