I suggest you open a support ticket regarding this as resolving character encoding issues is not so easy without direct access to the server.

Dear Marco,
I have an owned license , but i want to do it myself , i think it may be a mysql error because when i move the forum to another server, the search engine still doesn't work correctly. Anyone please give me a suggestion, my frontend displays fine with unicode character, but search results is wrong. Best regards. No members have liked this post.

Ok.
How was the backup created and restored? What was the encoding and colation on the old database? What was the encoding and colation on the new database? Which HTML Character set are you using?
