How can I use the same codes to make that happen on my vbulletin forum at http://www.discussfastpitch.com?

Where do I go and where do I put in the codes? I need step by step instruction.

Also, anybody has a script I can use so that the pop-up install a cookie so that the same person doesn't see the pop-up again for at least 2 months?
