This is similar to yahoo answers, a very effective website where users can post questions and seek answers from registered users. Answering questions can get to be a mess, keep it organized and save yourself a bit of hassle when dealing with Q&A's. As a webmaster, you already have enough on your hands to have to worry about answering questions sometimes, and need an effective way to do this!
