It loaded fine for me.

The skin doesn't appeal to me, and the links on the navbar are way too close together, jumbled up.
It might look better if you fixed that issue, and used a font color that is readable on that navbar background.

A nice active forum, always good to see. I agree with the navbar being a little cluttered. The overlayed pattern you have applied embedded in the gradient only deters people from viewing the text. Implement some kind of rollover effect or something and space the text a little. There's nothing worse than having unreadable text and having my nose almost touching the monitor to view.

I'd also remove the default vbulletin stock images "whos_online.gif & stats.gif". Being such a large community you should reward your members and rid the icons for something custom whilst still keeping visually consistent to the theme and niche of your forum.

The collapse icons just look really awfull. Why use 2 different icons that don't match the theme? One is custom whilst the other is vbulletin stock.

The buttons have that terrible overlayed pattern embedded within the image, which makes viewing text hard. If you really have to have the pattern overlay, set the blending mode on this layer to Soft Light. You also might want to implement this setting for the navbar gradient if your hell bent in keeping this pattern.

Visual, the style is an eyesore with bad colour usage and icons that don't match with custom and vb stock that only add to inconstently bad style.

The lighting in the header looks rather dark, I would do some color correction to the image.
