is a vb hackable with the arcade installed because ive been on a site that got hacked through the arcade

Nothing is 100% safe. There are always vulnerabilities, they just have to be found. I personally use V3 arcade because IBPro has had known vulnerabilities in the past. Like MrZero said, the newest version of IBPro arcade should be safe for now.
