Hrm, yeah, when I look at it in Opera, the buttons are spread out evenly across the top of Quick Reply with no smilies.

Which version of vBulletin you use?
There was a bug introduced in vBulletin 3.8.2 when trying to fix another one:

I'll consider that for a future release. However, my current priority is to port some of my hacks to vBulletin 3.8.x with all old bugs removed and with as little file / template edits left as possible.
Psionic, it will be really nice if we can have this one in future!

I want to try this out... yet....
The Read Me says
Time to install: ~30 seconds
And at the bottom
To find out how to install products, refer to vBulletin's manual.
What to look for in the manual?
What do I do with product-psi_smqre.xml ?

At least to my vB n00b eyes, I have no idea.

Ok, got it.
For those other n00bs like me:
AdminCP --> Plugins & Products --> Manage Products
Then click on Add/Import Product...
Brose for the file in your computer...
And everything automagically works.

Just installed this in 3.8.4
