I can't see an error, and no-one else has reported this message. What are you doing when the message occurs?

Andrew, if you need a test site, give me a shout. I have our site set up under a test environment before we try to upgrade live. The only plugin we are keeping is yours and the integrated Photopost.

Will do - am almost through the first stage of conversion - only five more templates to go, about 195 recoded for vb4. Most features seem to be working correctly.

3.8.4 Patch Level 2 compatibility problems?

I just upgraded from 3.8.3 to 3.8.4 PL2 and my forum's home page is displaying as an empty white blank page. I went through possible causes listed at http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages and I'm wondering if the following is it:

4. You have a bad plugin installed. To disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
I tried adding that line to my config.php file and the home page now displays. But if I click the Links and Downloads Manager link I get a empty page with the words "No input file specified."

So, is this an issue with LDM or did I screw something up when I upgraded from 3.8.3 to 3.8.4 PL2?

Sorry to hear this. I have just applied the upgrade to vb 3.8.4pl2 on my test system and do not experience the problem you are describing. Have you tried disabling GZIP compression using your vb acp - Go to vBulletin->admincp->vBulletin options->Cookies and Header Options, disable GZIP HTML Output, go back to one of the pages that was causing problems and try again. PHP error messages create white pages when this option is selected. Another possibility is that one of the php files was not correctly uploaded for vb 3.8.4.

If necessary, I am willing to take a look at your site, but will need full access (FTP and admin).

This turns out to be a warning generated in php version 5.2.12 but not in earlier versions, which explains why it is only just being reported.

You can fix the problem (I think) by editing one of the code files, includes/local_links_include.php. If you are not comfortable making edits, get back to me.

a) Make a backup copy of that file, in case something goes wrong
b) Find function ldm_catcmp, which is between lines 1543 and 1571 in your version of LDM
c) Replace all these lines by the contents of the attached.

Let me know if that fixes things.

I think what will be good with ldm. It's a module radio, that plays the files of the library. I don't know if it's possible and a big works or no.
