Usernote to Forum
I want to know if there is a way I can add something to the forum that will do the following:
If a usernote is posted onto a user, it will create a thread in a specified forum (if they have previous usernotes, it will post into the already made thread) that says who gave the usernote and they usernote written. Therefore, it would be easier for the mod/admin staff to discuss said usernote. Is it possible? No members have liked this post.

Of course it's possible.
 However, I have not seen an available modification for it.
