Cant access certain css & tags in Vbulletin!! please help!!

I've been developing a forum using vbulletin for a month now and aware of the control panel based css editor where you can edit existing css and add custom ones.

However im having difficulties locating certain tags or css code to change as the editor doesnt seem to display all of the definitions. For example in my members profile page, i want to change the size of the text which displays the username as marked in the attachment image. But make it relative to that particular element.

but How do i locate this following css? is it somewhere in a php file? as i cant find it

#main_userinfo h1 {
font-size:15pt;
font-weight:normal;
}

if anyone has any further knowledge on this, that will be great as im struggling to amend my pages further. I may be overlooking something really simple i dont know.

Thanks very much.
