Disallow people to post hotlinked photos
I want to make sure my users are posting all images as attachments and NOT hotlinking them from sites like flickr or imageshack. I want them to either attach them or add them to their albums when wanting to post images. Is there a setting that I can use to disallow hotlinking, and even better a setting that would give a reason why.
