Is there a feature
Whereby you don't want to ban someone because they would just re-register using another email address / ISP, that allows that person to post, but the posts are invisible to everyone else?
I know it's an obscure question, but if you don't ask  No members have liked this post.

Look under the banning options for tachy goes to coventry.
