How long ?
How much longer will it be before 4.0 is out of the beta ?
And will all the mods and themes will be on 4.0 just like 3.8.x No members have liked this post.

You can read about 4.0 on the official site - vbulletin.com. The date will first be posted there (and is.... kinda... or a hope to release date is posted in the announcements forum).
Mods (almost all) and themes (all) will need to be updated.
