printing some cells..

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Into a form, when submitting the form i cannot "get" or "post" the user edited
content from "NewData3"

im retriveing the data exsample

Query gets the right colum but $NewData3 is submitted Empty..
howewer if i use a "normal" print_input_row and use the content from there it
adds just fine..

So the input box is not proberly working,, any help on fixing the input ?
im thinking cause im using the ' ' instead of "" is causing some problems with the name=''.
