Not Supported Uses Plugins

This is a pretty simple mod, it was a request in the paid addons section but some people bailed on the person requesting it. So I coded it and decided to release it for free for everyone.

All the addon does is stop logging ip addresses for users in the defined usergroups for posts/threads. In theory it should carry over to the blogs also if ip's are tracked there.

Things it doesn't do:
Stop logging IP's in the admincp
Remove old IP addresses from the database.

Things it does do:
Stops logging ip addresses for current users in the list

To configure which groups don't get logged: Settings > Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Which usergroups should we not store IP's for?

No it happened to all usergroups despite the fact if the usergroup is entered on the list. The users that have no secondary group and their primary isn't at the list still their ip is not visible. Is it possible that any other modification made this mess?
