How to disable "Automatically parse links in text"?
Hi, guys
The default of "Automatically parse links in text" in vb4 is: Yes . I want to disable it, but cannot find where to set in ACP. So, can anyone give a me hint? Thanks in advance. Best Regards, vicelover No members have liked this post.

There isn't a setting in the ACP to do this. You'd need to modify the template (or possibly write a plugin, I haven't looked into it).
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.)

W3Schools - Online vBulletin Manual If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template. I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.) No members have liked this post.

Thanks for your reply , Lynne
In "newthread" template, searching "checked.parseurl" and replacing it to "unchecked.parseurl" . No members have liked this post.
