This is something that you should talk to your host about.

If you look at the error that MySQL reports, it looks like a hosting issue.

Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

But it is taking to long to run the query. Which is the issue. Then the server is timing out. If they're on a shared environment good luck getting that raised.
