Connection problem...
I did a search for all files with something in the name, to find the location of some templates. I was using FileZilla, and it suddenly started struggling to stay connected until it just gave up, and now My site will not let me in, I just click the button to go and it says connection has timed out. I know it is just my IP blocked because I can log in using my phone or a proxy. this has happened twice but last time only lasted a few hours, now I have been blocked for over a day.... Any suggestions/Help?

Time Warner Cable? I know a friend just the other day had internet issues and a few months back I could not access my own site, something was up on Time Warners end then when I woke up all was well. Contact your ISP and see what they have to say, if you can access via phone etc I highly doubt your IP was magically blocked out of nowhere
 .
