require no paypal acct. for subscriptions

How do I change it so that users do not have to have a paypal account to purchase subscriptions? I have microcart installed and linked to my paypal account, and on it, customers do not need a paypal account, just a credit/debit number? How do I set my paid subscriptions up like this?
