I'm searching for a professional looking style for vB3.8 (commercial but not custom design), but can't find anything meeting my requirements. So I'll use as example TheAdminZone.com even if I know that this is an exclusive design. Just as a way to point you to the right direction.

Any help will highly appreciated.

Well, professional style in most cases is the one which goes with the flow, you know. Nothing outdated, and it has all needed details, which normal commercial styles don't have.

Either code it yourself, or get some professional vBulletin Coder/Designer (they're both in most of the cases) like Dominic aka Phantom.

He used to own a highly customized vBulletin powered forum called Crazy-Coderz. He owns That1Design.com at the moment. He'd be your best bet if you want something professional and fast.

I just got my forum redesigned by digitalvb.com and I can say they were one of the best designer's I've ever worked with. Custom skins are the way to go with you want a good layout,and being able to step in yourself and make improvements to the product a designer provides is also helps.
