robots.txt for CMS and Forum 4.1.5

Hi,

I am new to VB and recently bought CMS and Forum .. I am looking for a standard robots.txt file for both of these and i tried to search the forum but could not understand much... Can anyone plz post the sample robots.txt (or attach) for vb 4.1.5 ? Please help !
