Restoring cpanel backup

I did a complete backup of my forum in cpanel just before my forum got defaced. Does a full backup via the cpanel backup my database? I noticed it says in my cpanel under mysql that my database is over 100mb. My backup is only ~40mb. Why is this?

If you did a full backup then the vbulletin database will be in that backup file.. just run a restore and if it don't time out it should be fine..
