I added code to give my forum's 'Page Background' a black border. It worked on the main page, but not the inner pages. For some odd reason, the inner pages will only display a black border around the individual containers, which is why you see horizontal black lines. I want to get rid of those horizontal lines and just have it going around the perimeter. How can I achieve this?
