Hey guys, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. I've done a search of available mods and I can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. My forums has 180k+ members and naturally prior to our getting StopForumSpam working a bunch were spammers. I've installed vBmail from DBTech to handle sending out mass mailing and that has a built in bounced email handler... but it doesn't handle day to day bounced mails from people who've subscribed to threads or forums and haven't updated their email address.

Maybe I'm using the wrong search terms (bounce and bounced) when looking for such a mod, but does anyone know of one that is recommended? One that will either automate or make easier the process of removing subscriptions from a member who's email bounces?

I've never seen anything like it. We have to manually do it every month. Unsubscribing them isn't too hard, but what about a birthday notice and the guy hasn't posted for a while - do we really want to delete them?

Nice idea for a mod, but it clearly wouldn't be as simple as just unsubscribing any bounced emails.
