Hey,

I am currently using vbStopForumSpam to keep my forum under control from spambots. However, almost every three days, I get an email from someone who is not a spammer saying they got blocked. My forum is not very popular yet, and users not being able to sign up is a big problem for me.

What other options do I have? If I remove vbStopForumSpam, my forum gets flooded within minutes. Is there some other way to stop these crazy registrations without blocking so many IP's?

disabled the username option. If you check logs for the real people trying to register you will see it will block there name but you should also check http://www.stopforumspam.com/search
for there ip and email to make sure they are not spammers
