I'm not sure that I understand - do you want do=groupolustur to do the same thing that do=create does now?

No idea what you are asking... If you want to change the word "create" to "groupolustur" you would need to edit group.php and find all instances of "create" and change them manually would be my guess- but it's asking for problems.
