For some reason the 'counter' field is missing from your attachment table. Is this happening with all attchments or just this one?

oh.....i previously had a problem with the attachments....so i told my fellow admin and he changed it....he may have removed it,

just to be sure....what should i add to attachments.php in phpmyadmin

Sorry, I'm not good enogh with mySQL to know how to put a missing field back in. Hopefully someone else will have an idea.

That field should be:

counter smallint(5) unsigned NOT NULL default '0'

I can't imagine why the other admin would have dropped that field.

Run this query to add the field:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Teach your admins not to drop any fields, lol.
