Question Structured Data Entry in posts?

With a hack, would it be possible to present vBulletin users with a posting entry screen that forced, or at least encouraged them to adhere to a certain structure of data input. E.g.

Enter List of Items Below:
-----------------------
(text entry field)

Describe the problem Below:
-----------------------
(text entry field)

It wouldn't matter if the result was concatenated into a single post. I would only want this to apply to specific forums though. :ermm:

One more quick question. I understand that we have to buy vBulletin to obtain this code. I assumed I would need to download the zip file and set it up myself, so what does the 'install' button at the top of the thread do?

It marks the modification as installed in your user CP.

Thanks for the link to the form script. I read the script author's description a little more closely and I have one query. We don't have vBulletin yet so I can't ask this question in the forum where the script is:

Can the form have two textarea fields instead of just one? :ermm:

It's kind of critical for what we need.

THX

Yes that would be possible with modification, once you own a license you can make a modification request here, or make a service request if you are willing to exchange some cash for the modification.
