1. Corey did that one right?
2. Why are you opening so many websites dealing with the same subject?
3. It is VERY nice and I like it a lot, the kind of thing I would like to have, but relate to question #2.

While it may be fun, so many people can only be part of so many communities before they will tire out of joining so many. It would be best to concentrate on 1 community/website and make it the best possible.

Well, thanks for your opinion. But when I am contacted by 15 different companies wanting banner space for $500/month, and I can only have 1-2 banners per site, I would lose money by turning them down. So my option therefore is to raise the price per banner, or to open additional sites. Hence the reason for additional sites. As far as your statement about members not wanting to come etc, this new site has been open for about 7 hrs and I have 115 members online as of now..so, lol. Again, thanks for your opinion...

Shawn

I was not trying to be rude with my above statement, if that is they way you took it, merely asking why you were starting so many websites related to the same content (which you provided an answer for).

If it is the money you are worried about, personally, I would consider raising the price. Chances are if they are willing to pay $500/month, they will pay more as long as the traffic is flowing (from what you said, it seems to be).

I know you werent.

I'd like to raise the price per banner..but it would be looking at 500 or more extra per banner, and Im not sure if anyone would go for it. See as of now, my sponsors also pay for contests. So they give away protein shakes or something like that each week, so that would be over and above the fees for the space. But anyway, this is my last bodybuilding board..I promise No more! lol. Hmm, maybe a board dedicated to Jennifier Love Hewlitt is next

If I had sponsors like that here at vBT, I would be running a good deal of contests per month, although vBT is directed more at vBulletin and while it does receive decent traffic, it is not really well known (only been open for 1.5 months now).

Maybe I will be find sponsors or they will find me then I will be doing what I want (contest wise) . I would like to give away a few licenses (vBulletin) if at all possible (need to contact John to see if he would be interested in working out something).

Sheesh, I did not mean place an end your sites, I simply meant don't start anymore. If it is making you money to pay your bills, do not end it, keep it going (even if it is not, you never know when the money may come in handy).
