Description: As usually there is just two lines in a quote. I have released one where it all goes around.
What to do:
Goto: Custom vB Codes > Modify > Quotes. Replace the code with this:

Block Disabled: (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Better to use a vB Border then a hr border for quote boxes, although thats all I see from the screenshot.
