Super Moderator Privileges

I need a modification which will limit Super Moderators' banning rights. In our forum, Super Moderators are banning people careless and without following our moderation rules, as we have no choice but to make them continue their duty, we decided to take their banning options back.

Is a hack like this possible?

Did you know that vBulletin has a nice search function?

But: If your Supermods don't follow the Rules you should get other Supermods ...

like Kirby said, if you can't control your SuperMods, trash them and hire some others...

the entire admin team is supposed to follow the owner's needs, not their owns...this is like in a company - any company owner will kick out any employee that is not following orders...
