Also, found this on vBulletin.com, so ALL credit goes to "express" for this one.  (I just modified it a little)Go to AdminCP > Styles and Templates> Style Manager > YOUR TEMPLATE > header In that, find.....
Under that, add.....

I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade
 but this image rotator requries javascript to be enabled in the user's browser. The hack below does exactly the same thing but does not.http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=94433 I like the stylistic idea though, I did exactly the same thing on my own forum and removed the bbtitle to make way for the banner. Looks very cool  No members have liked this post.
