It's basically template mods so I'll have to go with...hmm dont have any installed yet. :/
There's a couple I'll try when I am bit less lazy. The map and the sitemap thing.

Welcome Headers.. :)

Who said HOTM could only be for complexed mods/addons? It's really simple and really effective.

I went with the vbseo sitemap generator, mostly for the level of support. Coding is easy. Supporting mods is darn hard work.

This is tough. Just installed the welcome headers and vBGooglemap.
When I used welcome headers in 3.0.x I'm sure it helped with people confirming and participating. vBGooglemap is the first thing that my users have noticed right away.
Both easy to install with good docs.

It is using a *lot* of server resources throughout the day:

Top Process %CPU 91.8 httpd [www.acorndomains.co.uk] [/sitemap_396.xml.gz]
Top Process %CPU 91.3 httpd [www.acorndomains.co.uk] [/sitemap_433.xml.gz]
Top Process %CPU 91.2 httpd [www.acorndomains.co.uk] [/sitemap_330.xml.gz]

How do I stop this?
