Desert Green is a light green skin designed to be easy on the eyes. I've attached some screenshots, but the theme would be better appreciated by viewing it here...

DEMO HERE (http://www.the-armory.net/forum/?styleid=82)

(Please be sure to mark INSTALLED if you use this style)

Note: For those of you using the [AJAX] Post Thank You Hack (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=165673), a "Thanks" button is included. :D

Lastly, you may want to also check out some of my other skins...

I just looked at their site, and it's not even close. This skin is much classier, cleaner, and more elegant (IMHO). Just because someone makes a green colored skin does not mean they have a monopoly on the color itself. ;)

Thanks for the "well done". :)

Instructions:

- Upload the graphic images folder "desert_sand" to your "/images/styles/desert_green/" directory

I think it just a typo in your readme file.

nice style. Installed.

Great style - I've been looking for a green one since I migrated from phpBB to VB - and I think I've found it. ;)

One question - the logo in VBAdvanced and the drop down/collapse arrows are missing using this style, are there green arrows, and how do I tell VBA to use the new "green" logo ?

Thanks for all your hard work.

For VBAdavanced, you must enter the full URL of your image sets.

Simply go to "Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > All Style Options GO (by style)" and make the following changes:

For Example:

Find:
images/styles/desert_green/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif

Change to:
http ://www.your-site/forum/images/styles/desert_green/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif

If you have any more problems, please let me know. :)

Thanks for the heads-up. It was a "copy and paste" from another skin, and I missed that one. I'm presently working on improving the skin, and I will certainly fix during the update. :)

Thanks again

Worked perfectly - thanks for that.

Any idea why my Gallery Image mod to VBA (same one you use by the look of it) has dropped off though? It's there on the default style, gone in this one. The poll graphics are the same too, although the module is shown.

Think I may make this style the default one. ;)

I looked at your site, and noticed you haven't added the full URL for the gradients. To do this, you need to open the Style Manager, and add the full URL to the following areas:
Category Strips
Table Header

As far VBGallery goes, you will need to update the block here (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=126697)

No sure which template I'm looking at  sorry. I'm new to VB, and not 100% sure where to find everything at the moment. I had a look through some of the templates but could not see anything like you mentioned.

RE the Photo add-on for VBAdvanced, once I get everything working, I'll pop over there and hassle them. ;)

Thanks

Sorry, I meant to say Style Manager, and not templates. Go to the same place as you did before, but look further down for the blocks titled "Category Strips" and "Table Header". I've attached an example of the Table Header block, so this is what you need to look for.

Also, this FAQ (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/faq.php?faq=vba_trouble#faq_vba_trouble_images)from VBAvanced will explain it better. Look for the paragraph "Updating Style Images Manually"

Send me a PM with your site URL, and I will check i out. Also, be sure you have uploaded the images to the directory as stated in the install instructions. Lastly, if you are using FireFox, or another 3rd party browser, be sure to refresh the page.

Thanks for the style.

I needed to get away from the "basic blue" and this was the best neutral style I could find in 30 min of looking.
