I ask this (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=174180) question a while back.

Always back-up any template before you edit them!!!

This a a simple Navbar Template edit.
To change the search perimeters from 24 hours to 10, 20 30, days,
When hitting New Post,

Open your Navbar Template

Search for:

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?$session[sessionurl]do=getdaily" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[new_posts_nav]</a></td>

Change this to:

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?do=getdaily&amp;days=10" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[new_posts_nav]</a></td>

Click Save.

Doing this will show all post from the last 10 days. The number of days,
can be what ever you want it to be.

Optional Quick Links Edit

(This is in the Navbar template)
Search for:

<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="forumdisplay.php?$session[sessionurl]do=markread">$vbphrase[mark_forums_read]</a></td></tr>

Add Below that:

<tr><td class="thead">View Post From</td></tr>
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?do=getdaily&amp;days=20" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[new_posts_20]</a></td>

For each amount of days you wish to display, you will need make a new vbphrase.
To apply this One Optional edit, Go to,

Languages & Phrases/Phrase Manager/Add New Phrase

Varname: $vbphrase[new_posts_20]

Text: Last 20 days

Click Save

This step can be repeated, just change the Number of days on each one.
Once this optional edit has been completed, click save.

7/12/08, Added vbadvanced welcome block Template Edits.

I don't think it is possible with small effort, you'll have to add a query because there is no function "gethourly" in vBulletin.
