i know that is not big deal but n00bs like me need some time to make this things

first u have to make a new plug-in to get user names
Hook Location: global_complete
Title: bla bla
Execution Order: 5
$output = str_replace('[123username321]', $vbulletin->userinfo['username'], $output);
this will replace [123username321] whit user names, u can put a random number just encase someone post that
this work on any version but 3.7.3 have ad_showthread_firstpost_sig and ad_showthread_firstpost_start
on this templates u add
[123username321] this thread: $thread[title] is sponsored byxnamex

if u just need clicks u can use this trick
[123username321] u can read more about $thread[title] here
if want to display only to some user groups use this
<if condition=" is_member_of($bbuserinfo,array(6,5))">

u can see on the second foto it look very "natural"

The plugin is unnecessary, you can just use $bbuserinfo[username] instead of [123username321]. Or $bbuserinfo[musername] for the marked up username (the username with colours, etc. specified in the usergroup options in the ACP)

In the ad locations specified above, it'll say either "YOURUSERNAME this thread: THREADTITLE is sponsored by so-and-so" or "YOURUSERNAME this thread: THREADTITLE is sponsored by so-and-so."

YOURUSERNAME changes to the username of whoever is viewing the post. Kinda like personalizing the ads for each user without actually having to personalize them for each user.
