Im actually confuse, this mod will make a new thread to any guest when navigating the forums thread so they can register, A Im correct? if that is the case this will go global right?

i prefer this way html code no file edits nothing to upload !

acp>notices>new notices

simply choose who can view the message so u will want to choose guests/non registerd users !

paste this into the notice box save and your good, of couse u wont see it till your not loged in as its a guest message :)
