The following was done by Stasik on my board to add 2 features to Chris's MSN hack.

1) Add field to the profile for Hotmail ID Handle.

2) Have that ID handle showup automatically in the username field box in Chris's hack.

3) Add field for a additonal homepage also.

First go the control panel and select User profile fields/add
Then add your new profile. You can call it Hotmail ID or Handle or whatever you like. When finished save new profile field. Then when screen comes back up look at the new profile field you have created, notice the edit button to the right of it. While holding down the shift key click on edit. This will bring up a new window. Maximize this window. Look in command line torwards the end you will see something like this "edit&profilefieldid=8" remember id number on the end. Do the same for the extra homepage. Homepage info only goes in getifno template a stated below.

Now go the messagecenter template supplied by Chris.

===============================
Find This Line
===============================

<input type="text" name="login" id=login size="15" maxlength="64" accesskey="m">

===============================
Replace with this
===============================

<input type="text" name="login" id=login size="15" maxlength="64" accesskey="m" value="$bbuserinfo[field8]">

Change the 8 out with whatever you found earlier to be the Field ID you setup when setting up the new field.
When putting in handle in profile DO NOT PUT IN @HOTMAIL.COM, just handle.

To arrange in your profile under other services, place the following in your getinfo template. Between the lines are new items DFDFDF and F1F1F1 are first and second altcolors.

<td bgcolor="#DFDFDF"><normalfont><a href="$userinfo[homepage]" target="_blank">$userinfo[homepage]</a>&nbsp;</normalfont></td>
</tr>
<tr>
==============================================
<td bgcolor="#F1F1F1"><normalfont><b>Additional Homepage:</b></normalfont></td>
<td bgcolor="#F1F1F1"><normalfont><a href="$userinfo[field7]" target="_blank">$userinfo[field7]</a>&nbsp;</normalfont></td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td bgcolor="#DFDFDF"><normalfont><b>MSN Hotmail ID:</b></normalfont></td>
<td bgcolor="#DFDFDF"><normalfont><a href="$userinfo[field8]" target="_blank">$userinfo[field7]</a>&nbsp;</normalfont></td>
</tr>

<tr>
==============================================
<td bgcolor="#F1F1F1"><normalfont><b>ICQ Number:</b></normalfont></td>

Enjoy, This was tested and worked with Vbulletin Version 2.0.3
