Sorry, but I am a newbie to this LOL help!

And I am most gratefull for any and all help.

I have made my first post, saying thank you and requesting further information. Maybe, it's me? If so I sincerely apologise.

Whilst I appriciate that you guys are very busy and I am sorry to impose on your valuable time. But, it would be nice to have a quicker responce, if poss.

I am using a registered version of vbb.

Prey, please tell, am I doing some thing wrong here??

I think you just need to patiently wait for the author of that hack to respond. This really doesn't have anything to do with your status as a licensed customer. Each hack author is responsible for supporting their own hacks. Hacks are not supported by Jelsoft. If you are patient, you'll find that many people are very helpful around here.
