Couple of errors:

Step Two
You need to specify what sort of profile field we are adding here. Is it a multiple selection, single line text box etc ... although i am assuming the latter is correct?

Step Three:
You need to specify what template you want us to be editing. All you have said is " Please go into the style manager. Find: " too vague.

could you use plain text for your files and not the rtf format
for those wondering the template in question is MEMBERINFO
