I can't believe nobody has thought of this before (I ran a search and didn't find anything). Basicaly if you have ever seen a burning board (I think it has it) you know what I mean already. This takes the colums "Posts" and "Threads" and puts them both into a colum called "info" (you can change what it says obviously). To see more, look at the screenshot in the next post

Personally i think it looks ugly ;). Thats why i never released it or did it on my forum. BTW can you edit the frist post so it fallows the rules set here? thanks.

filburt1 18 Feb 2003 17:41

You realise that I can just search on Google for a unique string in that screenshot and find your URL? :p

manex 18 Feb 2003 17:43

what are you talking about?

imported_ULTIMATESSJ 18 Feb 2003 18:31

heh kinda reminds me of wBB

Brad 18 Feb 2003 18:32

burning board = wBB = lame ripp off of vB.

Sephiroth32 18 Feb 2003 20:29

so is openBB :p

and filburt I wouldnt mind you finding my url :p I just thought it would be site advertising to show the url.

Brad 18 Feb 2003 21:27

No, openbb is coded from the gournd up. wBB is vB with minor code changes.

filburt1 18 Feb 2003 21:28

Jelsoft did either sue or threaten to sue them but they came to the conclusion that they weren't similar enough. They just look identical.

manex 18 Feb 2003 21:30

pretty pathetic isnt it:)

I belive they changed the base code after a few versions. I have a copy of one of the frist released versions, if you compare it file for file with vB 2.x.x you will see that alot of the code is the same. even down to the comments in some cases.
