Showing sub-forums in main page

Hi, how do I show the sub forums in the main page?

for example under forum name:

Discussions
Sub-forums: General Discussions, Sports Discussions, ....

which gives links to each one of them also.

vB Options>Forum Listing Display Options>

Find Depth of Subforums and change to 1
