Remove or edit GAP - below , Under The Title of each Forum

I have attach a Image showing the part which i wish to edit .

in my forum i added . a Image under the Title of the Forum .

and i wish to edit or remove the SPace ( prefer edit to narrow down the Gap .)

anyone have any idea how i can do it .
