I am using vbulletin 5.6.4.
There is no chat at the [DBTECH] VBSHOUT?
I am disappointed with vbulletin.

Re-install the chat complete.

In ACP set it as active, then put the chate in site-builder on his place.

If does not work, send me PM and i will have a look.

I tried brother but again it doesn't work.
There is a detail:
All other plugins install quickly, vbshout is the only one that takes a long time to install, sometimes the page fails, I do not understand why it takes so long to install, I have the impression that he is not completing the installation.

I noticed that to that the shout is taking longer.
